Overview:

Responsibilities include:
- Greet guests with a friendly, professional presence
- Manage reservations and coordinate seating to support smooth service
- Quote accurate wait times and maintain an organized waitlist during peak hours
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Handle phone inquiries and assist with reservations, including for larger parties
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless guest experience
What we’re looking for:
- 1–3 years of experience in a service or hospitality role
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A calm, friendly demeanor — especially under pressure
- A genuine interest in creating thoughtful, guest-centered experiences
